Terms of Service
࣪ ִֶָ☾. This is a simplified TOS ִֶָ☾.This policy list is set in place to ensure a streamlined process and avoid miscommunication between the artist and client. By acknowledging/signing this document (written agreement on a google form). You agree to the terms and conditions set by me. These terms are non-negotiable and I reserve the right to deny the request for art if they are not met. The form above must be filled out for commisson.Will's and Won'ts

The art will be expected to be completed in 1-2 weeks
DEPENDING ON THE ORDER GIVEN & COMPLEXITY OF SAID ORDER. THIS WILL BE DISCUSSED WITH COMMISSONER.
A fee of 30% can be paid upfront to expedite this process. (If reasonable)Payment will only be accepted through Artistree. All other methods are unacceptable and will be refused upon offer. payment is expected to be sent in Upon Request. Anything over $100 can be done half upfront, half before receiving workREFUND POLICY
You may request a full refund within one day OR before starting. It's tedious to do this process as you would need to wait for it. Life happens and it cannot be helped but only commission please if you are sure. Partial refund for every quarter into the commission, so 25-50% will be kept as compensation for what was done. After the half way mark though, no refund will be in order.INTELLECTUAL/COMMERCIAL USEYour intellectual rights if you made the character/character already exists are not affected by this. But if its a concept art/ art made up first time then it cannot be owned till payment is done. Unless stated, I EXPECT CREDIT!!You may NOT in any circumstance use my art in AI learning, generative AI, or the creation of NFTs.If you plan to use this as for anything commercial related, this is required to be discussed about in detail before hand.
